We can tell you how great our work is and how much clients love us, which it is and they do, but having examples can reinforce that. 

Here’s what happened when we worked with HSAD Agency and LG.

Background

We’ve had a longstanding relationship with the LG team. When they faced a challenge with how to execute a complicated shoot, we stepped in and showcased editing work we’d done on a previous project. That example ultimately won them over. 

The Challenge

HSAD was looking for a partner who could take their creative vision and turn it into reality. Traditionally, we collaborate with clients like LG to create practical sets paired with stunning photo and video content. 

However, the Let Your Vibe Shine campaign brought a unique challenge: our team had to design three distinct living spaces that represented the personalities, design preferences, and vibes of the main characters. 

In addition to the set designs, we needed to capture a comprehensive toolkit of broadcast video, photography, and online video assets.

Our Strategy

The TC Shadowlight team handled it all: set design, carpentry, art direction, and set styling. We paired this with full photo and video production services, including our director, director of photography, G&E crew, and more. To tackle the scale of the project, we brought in freelance partners to meet the production’s needs seamlessly. 

The Results

This production was a massive undertaking. The sheer amount of deliverables would typically require multiple teams working over two weeks. However, the client’s timeline required us to execute everything within five days. 

To make this possible, we ran three separate crews simultaneously, each working on its own set within our soundstage. Every day, our teams transitioned to a new set. On the fifth and final day, our broadcast crew revisited all three sets with our motion control rig to capture additional VFX content for layering.

When we hear from our client “No one could have pulled this off the way your team was able to,” we know we hit it out of the park.
